The IDRP Program consists of an intake a half-hour appointment during which the evaluator does a brief screening and discusses IDRP enrollment. The cost for this intake process is $180.00 and needs to be paid at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include case, cashier’s check or money order.
If the individual needs to participate in the IDRP school via Zoom, a 10-hour education course (school) the evaluator will discuss this and when the next course will be. Currently, Nek Counseling & Consultation, LLC is facilitating weekend IDRP school. The school takes place on Saturday from 9:00 – 5:00 and on Sunday from 9:00 – 12:00. The cost for the IDRP school via Zoom is $250.00. this fee needs to be paid in full prior to the start of the school. Individuals required to follow the Total Abstinence guidelines in order to meet requirements for reinstatement do not attend the IDRP School, however they must still complete the intake and screening. They will need to contact the IDRP program to schedule a time to meet with the evaluator.
The IDRP Program mandates substance abuse counseling for individuals who have had more than one DUI, and is sometimes required for first offenders depending on various risk factors and the brief screening that is done by the evaluator.
